In downtown Greensburg, Sittay’s Mediterranean Kitchen has become a local spot for fresh Mediterranean food and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes focused on flavorful ingredients, balanced meals, and generous portions.
Radah Ghash opened Sittay’s in 2021, bringing Mediterranean-inspired cooking to the Greensburg community. Since opening, the restaurant has built a loyal customer base made up of both local residents and visitors to the area.
During an interview, Ms.Ghash explained that one of her favorite parts of running the restaurant is being in the kitchen and cooking for customers. “I’ve always had a dream of opening my own business, and I love cooking. I was in the food industry for 20 years so I thought I was ready.”
In addition to serving flavorful meals, Sittay’s focuses on providing customers with nutritious food and satisfying portion sizes so “they don’t feel like they got cheated when they come here”. The restaurant’s menu includes fresh ingredients and balanced options that fit well with the healthy style of Mediterranean cuisine.
She also shared her appreciation for the Greensburg community and the support the restaurant has received from local customers. “With how kind people are, we do everything to make sure we provide a good meal for our customers, making everyone happy… It makes me happy to be able to do all of this and at the same time build a business.”
With its combination of fresh food, welcoming service, and community support, Sittay’s continues to be a unique and popular dining spot in downtown Greensburg.
