Noah Clawson has been a Hempfield student beginning from kindergarten in New Stanton. He has played baseball from the age of 4 and plans to continue his career moving into college. This is his first year getting more involved with the school, as he has joined Project-18, Mini-THON, as well as THE ROYAL. He loves to travel; this past summer Noah has been to Myrtle beach and Hilton Head, as well as going to his camp in Elk County. Noah likes spending his spare time going to the gym, fishing, and being around friends. Throughout summer he worked with his buddies at All American Athletics, a company that goes around PA and installs new basketball floor coatings. Noah listens to wide range of music from rap, country, indie, rock, etc. Some of his favorite bands/artists being Kendrick Lamar, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Zach Bryan or Arctic Monkeys. He looks forward to putting his two cents into the paper.  

Born and raised in Greensburg PA, Katarina DeVito attends Hempfield Area High School as a sophomore. She is a member of the golf, basketball, and track team. Kats favorite place is the beach, and she could see herself moving there in the future. Every year she goes to Topsail Island NC with her family; she loves to surf and scuba dive. She started diving this summer, and it has been a life changing experience. She has dog named Maggie and 3 siblings. She loves hanging out with friends, going out, and cooking and baking. Her dream school is UNC, and she wants to pursue sports medicine and hopefully be a doctor in the future. She has always been a UNC fan and loves their sports teams and academics. She wishes to play basketball or golf for the university one day in the future. For now she looks forward too writing for The Royal.
