Christmas is just around the corner, and you know what that means… The Seton Hill Toy drive is starting up again! Christmas is the most magical time of the year, and Hempfield Area’s goal is to spread that magic with families in need. Mr Thompson has asked journalism to participate as well this year, and we were honored to embrace this opportunity. As Toni Sorenson reminds us, “If you want to experience the true meaning of Christmas, give something to someone who can offer nothing in return.”
Every one who participates in this event will be given a child’s wish list they have sent out to the North Pole. Hempfield Area staff and students get the opportunity to lend Santa a helping hand as we fulfill their Christmas wishes. The utmost joy fills our hearts as we are able to make Christmas morning a little more special for these families.
