Bots IQ is a student-centered robotics organization that builds battling robots to compete at both state and national levels. While designing and manufacturing robots, students obtain technical and soft skills needed for real world applications. HAHS’s Bots IQ is a veteran program of 18 years, and the students work to build upon its extensive history while also taking on the challenge of building a new robot each year. While students work together, they develop skills in problem solving, project management, and communication. The experience students gain from being a part of Bots IQ gives them an advantage while they work on their aspirations in the industries of engineering and manufacturing.
Bots IQ aims to increase student interest in both engineering and manufacturing industries. Students in Bots IQ strive to gain experience in these fields. This program is composed of a diverse, passionate and dedicated group of students.
