Abby McCullough has lived her whole life in small town Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and yet, she has traveled to more than 20 states and is always on the go. While she will admit her favorite place to travel to is Florida, she  will be calling a different Southern location home in the fall of 2025.

That place is Columbia, South Carolina at the University of South Carolina  where Abby committed athletically on November 11, 2023.

Abby has been showing horses for eleven years, dreaming of attending a Division 1 equestrian team. After visiting three schools, including Baylor University, Southern Methodist University, and The University of South Carolina, Abby decided that South Carolina was the best fit for her. “I felt at home the first time I stepped on campus, and everyone is so kind and helpful. It really makes me look forward to 2025,” McCullough said. 

While she attends The University of South Carolina, she hopes to earn a doctorate in physical therapy. McCullough is very open to where her career may take her and can’t wait for her future in college as she continues her passion for horseback.
